It sounded loud in there when BSU was on defense and it was noted several times by broadcasters. TCU didn't have enough fans giving everything they had to make a racket.
Both QB's looked like they were expecting a gust of wind when throwing deep in the first half. BSU's QB appeared to me to be completely comfortable even after struggling with accuracy early on.
All of TCU's offensive struggles have been pointed out in previous posts, although I think there has been a tendency to dismiss it as poor offensive play by them, rather than the BSU defense. It looked like BSU had defenders in the right spot most of the night and limited TCU's second efforts with good tackling.
Oh, and those who thought TCU should have been prepared for the trick play, c'mon. Everyone watching that TCU defender barreling towards the punter thought blocked punt all the way, admit it. No one watching on TV was watching for the fake and neither was TCU. That was great execution of a great play.
