"I got to see how they operate as a team, how the coaches operate, how the guys talk to each other and just how everything flows," Gatoloai-Faupula said of his visit during a phone interview with WyoSports Tuesday night.

"I fell in love when I went out there. Since my visit I've done a lot of thinking that Wyoming was the best way for me to go. It was my first time to Wyoming, and it's a lot different than Sacramento. You can walk around at night time and not worry about anything. That was a huge thing."

NDSU was in his top two six months ago. Wyoming offered him a couple of weeks later.

I wonder if he has plans for a mission. Being 21 as a red shirt freshman certainly wouldn't hurt ask byu how helpful it can be.

He looks like a good get to me. Just wonder how long before we see him on the field.

Very likely he plans to go on a mission. It could be that Nebraska's offer was conditional on him not going on a mission. This is 100% speculation, however
 
Maybe our own little mission pipeline. Two guys out right now. Just as long as BYU doesn't try to poach.

He's got a nice tape. Honestly his tape was very solid, but guys like Adrian King and Jahmari Moore looked better on tape, but maybe the level of competition wasn't what Ryan is facing. Still very impressive.

He is very quick and has a knack for shedding blocks and wrapping up well in traffic. Obviously very, very solid! Welcom, Ryan!! There's plenty of mormons here, too, lol.
