Ha, I wouldn't be too worried. Trey is 5'11" and like 185. I feel he is the LAST person on the team to be talking shit like he is going to beat someone's ass. He's probably the type of hot head that gets in people's faces thinking they are going to back down and gets laughed at instead; needless to say I wasn't impressed by his posturing or his grammar.

Technology is both good and bad I for one use some mainly for gaming causes but I hate everything about it. I wish we had a coach that just said it's simple no social media before/during/after games.

Only acceptable social media use should be on non game days.

Would be even better to just ban it from athletes by the NCAA but that will never happen.

I think it's admirable for team mates to stick up for one another. I don't think it's fair to call a player garbage. Hankerson paid his own way to play this year. I'm sure no one is more disappointed in his shooting than he is. However, if you want to blame someone, blame the coach. He's the one who recruits the players and decides who plays. I thought the effort was pretty good last night. Adams had his best game this year. We are a good, not a great team. Expectations are just a little too high, imo.

They're young, passionate, close-knit members of a senior heavy team. Of course they're going to stick up for Hankerson. Who by the way has hit some big time, game changing shots this year before going in a slump. He fucked up royally last year and wanted to come back to this team and Laramie. I'll always be proud of him for playing for the Cowboys.

i'm liking this being whittled down to well put postings, sure feel for him struggling and such but he truly is trying all he can as well...there's only so much that can truly be done, you have it or you don't, unlike others

Just think about sports in the 80's and 90's before the internet and before social media. Do you really think every athlete was had good manners and was respectful of everyone? Does everyone really believe Jordan never once did anything that would make you question his character as a role model?

This same shit has always been happening but now everyone in sports is held to a high standard. It's good they are held to that standard but let's be honest this is nothing new it's just at your finger tips.

You think Adrian Peterson would have been busted the same way 30 years ago? Hell no no one ever would have know a thing. Players/Coaches need to know they are under a needle every time they open their mouth or access social media and I'm sure some do and others don't care or don't understand.

I've seen players dismissed or had scholarships pulled from teams for history of social media showing racism so the scrutiny that athletes are under is there for a reason which is why it should be governed by conference or league.

Its me. I've got a few acquaintances who are close to players on the team and I haven't talked to them since there would be practice or anything but I did this morning and at that point they were saying coaches were real pissed. Like any 4th person info, take it with a grain of salt but it sounded like they were gonna pay for it today
