Bohl said fort has a knee strain, is moving gingerly and is doubtful for this week.

Alonzo is back. Rudy is his back up. Still no overstreet. Pillapil will start for cassh, Chad muma is Logan's backup

Kellen Overstreet has called it quits. Was always excited to see his potential but the injury bug derailed his career.

No shit? I thought he was about ready to come back

Well that sucks! We are now thin at RB. I guess Trey Woods could be an emergency two way player.

We're three deep of playable RBs, which is fine, it just sucks that two of them are freshmen.

As much as we run the ball and as likely as further injuries are...we will need another guy to take some carries. I believe Reow Jackson is out for the year with an achilles. The only other guy is Theo Dawson so I guess he is a possibility to appear in 4 games or less.

Urgh, I was really excited about seeing what he could do with another off season of training and studying. Totally understandable when the injuries start piling up, though.

I'd compare our rotation to what we had the first year, before Hill really took off midway through the season. Even with injuries to both Wick and May, we really only used three guys at RB that whole year (next was Tapscott with 15 carries, I'm not worried about replacing that type of workload).

As you said, Theo could be used in emergency. I'd just be surprised if it got to that point. W

Disappointing. He'll always be remembered as a Border War hero and a Cowboy for life.

With the way the RBs looked on Saturday, I wondered if he was getting lost. Oh well, get used to this fans. As Bohl builds depth, not everyone will be okay with being 3rd string.

Damn, poor guy. But he has our gratitude for playing hard when he could.

Interesting. I think this means that the coaches really like what they see with Woods at DE. I can't disagree. He was lightning coming off the edge and will be a force on passing downs.

And just never looked “right” running the ball. Glad they quit with that experiment.

He's the new Prosser. We'll need anew Prosser for when he's gone next year.
