Nevada vs UW

Well 7 point faves, i don't really see that much but i guess even a blind squirrel gets a nut once in awhile, I will not be going to the game as "FINALLY" my vacation has hit and I'm going to go on a fall fishing tour of Wyoming for a change as it's the best time of year for browns etc.... I see us staying in this one the whole game and BH goes for about 150, but a late mistake seals our fate as much as it pains me to say that

Nevada 31 UW 27, sure hope I'm wrong

Going against the grain...

Wyoming 31
Nevada 21

Feeling optomistic...homecoming brown and gold glasses..

We are already thin at LB. With the potential of Wacha not playing and with the potential of other players on the defense not playing due to concussions...watch out

Nevada 34 - Wyoming 23

I believe the offense will move the ball and we will convert more in the red zone, but I'm just not seeing a win. I also hope I am wrong.

Nevada beat NM 35-17. Lobo's stomped the Cowboys. So will Nevada, 35-10.

Wyoming actually outgained UNM. The problem in this game was mistakes and giving up a couple big plays. Wyoming has a shot if they clean up penalties, don't turn the ball over like they did at AFA, and don't give up big plays.

No we didn't. 409 total yards to 408. Nearly half our yards came after we were down 35-14. They RAN for over 300 yards--thank goodness they aren't great at passing. They only put up 40 more yards against NMSU than against us.

UNM won the game handily.

That like my son's coaches telling them they won the second half by a score of 27-10. Only problem was it was 35-0 at half.
Sorry but Nevada 38 WYO 17

I always thought it was during the Nevada game in 2000 that our program went to pot. I can't remember exactly,
But we were up like 21-0 at half and they came back and beat us 35-28. And we were never the same since.
They'll come out big on us and be up 20-0 at half. WYO comes from behind and takes it 28-27! And we break the losing attitude and get back to our pre 2000 form from hence forth!

A guy can dream...

The game where we all found out Vic couldn't coach. I remember it well. Poor Patrick Chuckwurah....they guy was doing all he could to motivate his teammates. But it wasn't enough.

Wasn't that the night game that was extremely cold and I believe a storm had closed I80?

And it was Wyoming who appeared to be bothered by the weather way more than Nevada.

Yeah, we had only about 300 in the stands on tv at night...

I remember well. My dad and I went out north of RS in a blizzard, bagged our antelope and came back to watch WYO fall apart... And they were never the same since.

Yeah, it's time. The Hex has plagued us long enough. Time to make the change.

I will laugh my ass off if that actually happens... I may start believing in superstitions too;)

Yes, that was the year of great scheduling by Lee Moon. We had several night games and froze my ass off for each one of them. I still haven't been forgiven for dragging family to those.

We're out of touch here in the balmy northwest. Crappy weather or no, I'll take wyo in this one, 24 - 21.

No good reason, I just feel unreasonably optimistic today. That, and I'm tired of our fan base turning on each other like a B grade horror flick.

W!?!

I saw that. They are begging for money on Nevada.

In next year's news: Nevada has been sentenced to a 4 year post-season ban and scholarship reduction for their players' part in a gambling scheme where they threw a game against Wyoming last year.
