When the guy leaves his feet like that and is lunging forward like that......That's not targeting when it is your guy doing the hit, but if the guy leaping like that was a Toledo guy and the guy getting hit was B-Smith, we would be saying something different.

How could he launch himself? His feet, as shown in the pics, never left the ground, and bounced off the blocker into the ball carrier with 0 time to "launch himself".TheRealUW said:I'm not too upset about this decision.
