We may lose the next four games, but reality is, change was needed. Good stuff from Vorel-
Coach Cain is definitely more hands-on with players than Tormey was.
Cain focused on D-Line, but he also spent time with LBs, DBs. Tormey, on the other hand would mostly stick with secondary.
Cain is not afraid to hold people accountable. Never has been. If he doesn't like the way you run through a drill, you'll do it again.
And my favorite...
There was a lot of energy at practice today. Cain said his biggest worry was how players would accept change. They seem to be embracing it.
