Initial reactions re: Cain @ practice today

In all honesty, I do root for our conference. I just dont think Fresno is a "BCS Buster" like Boise State has been in the past.

They come off as very 2007 Hawaii-ish. Super easy schedule....all important games at home. Fortunate Boise is in a down year.....looks exactly like 2007 Hawaii to be honest. And we all know how that ended.....

Cain has nothing to lose here. If he can turn it around, he may have a job next year as a div 1 DC. If he doesn't, he at least has a job for the year. I hope he can pull it together!

I don't know if Cain is DC material but I love his attitude and his hands on approach. I hope he coaches from the sidelines and not from the booth.

The fact that they are making the players go back through their screw ups and making them understand what they did wrong is huge. I think that is the biggest reason they failed under Tormey. They knew they screwed up but they didn't know why or how to fix it.
