Questions abound:

A few things I'm hearing from within:
(I realize some are obvious)
Coffman is more mobile than expected
We have some awesome athletes on defense, IF they play as a team
Brian Hill is ripping it up; expect the O to go through the RBs
 
So let me get this straight...the concerns are...

The secondary may suck....
The linebackers might suck too....
...and there is no depth on either line.

8-4 here we come! :lol: I'm anxious to see questions answered in a few weeks.
 
I hope whatever is keeping Finley from being a starter gets resolved, because the Cowboys need him out there to win. I am so curious what he needs to improve upon to get that #1 spot. I see him as the Cowboy's best potential CB this year when you combine ability and experience. Hoping he wins the #1 before season start - not a knock against the young CB's, but we could really use at least one talented and experienced senior in our secondary this year.

Anybody have insight into the constructive feedback on Finley?

He's listed at 5'9" on the team roster, and I'm guessing CowboyJunky is insinuating that even that might be generous.
 
Pretty sure he is in the 5-7 or 5-8 range, At any rate we had 3 picks last year and he had two in one game he earned a chance at starting from that performance alone in my eyes no one else did shit all year in the secondary.
 
Anyone sort of nervous? Today is the day we usually hear about departures, summer injuries, etc.

Not really worried think the people that were going to leave have done so. Second year for Bohl still have low expectations no matter who joins or leaves.

Hope it doesn't persist. LB can't take any hits at all.

It feels like we're starting later than everyone else too. Most teams started camp last week. Last I checked, Wyoming doesn't have a Week 1 bye.

Regardless of when fall camp starts, I believe coached are only allowed so many practices before the first game.

It certainly was. Brett Henderson and Larry P. aren't doing the show today because they're over there. Im aggro we haven't heard more
 
The only thing I read noteworthy, and to no surprise, and depressing for fans, is that Bohl said we will prob see a lot of freshmen playing. This means we don't have anyone with experience. great :roll:
