Yeah, this seems to happen a little more with bohl. At least I hope so

Not a signee, just a verbal commit. And now in year five, you should all be used to this with Bohl by now. Can we all agree that the talent around here is as good as it’s been in a very long time? With this in mind, I’m not the least bit worried.

I just read an article on mwcconnection.com that shows we are dead last in recruiting right now. Why is this? I can't believe this is their strategy. Any thoughts?

Agreed, I am not worried about the timing of commits. Bohl and staff have operated this way every year. I am guessing that this is to keep things close to the vest and to try and limit 'poaching' of recruits to the extent possible.

The early signing period will pay off for the MWC in my opinion until the transfer rules are changed. Once players are free to transfer basically at will (and this will become a reality sooner rather than later), then it will be more of a free for all.

We have one commit...of course we are 'last' in recruiting. None of this matters. The only thing that matters is who we have come signing day.

The first rule in recruiting is don't worry about recruiting. None of it means anything until signing day 1 and 2...until then, there's a lot more things in your life to stress about than what a bunch of 18-years olds are going to do 6 months from now.

Number one reason if there is a dearth of players willing to sign: Vigen.

Quality > quantity...and it's July. Chill folks, they'll be fine. Bohl has turned dirt into gold enough times in recruiting to earn the benefit of the doubt.
