Yes. Hiring an assistant coach with no head coaching experience , not just once, but twice, should be enough. Unless they are coming from a P4 coordinator position, where they’ve seen and learned from a head coach at the highest levels, that lack of experience is insurmountable.

The UW President cares about himself, his ‘partner’ and their pockets, not much else. It’s unfortunate we still have a few months left of him. Next hire is critical for not just athletics but really saving the university.
