It's pretty clear that the athletic department is not performing well. If it is not possible to be successful in athletics, then it's time to evaluate the importance of athletics to UW.

Now that football is no longer upper middle, UW has to be one of the worst sport programs in fbs. Why that is allowed to continue largely on the back of taxpayers/students is beyond me?
