Chuck Lamson - Beat Roman Gabriel and North Carolina State the year he won the Hiesman and later became the Qb of the LA Rams.
Paul Toscano - Led Wyoming to an undefeated season a place in the Sugar Bowl in 1968.
Steve Cockerham (?) - Led UW to an upset of Arizona State when ASU was rated in the top 5 with several highly rated players that went on to the pros but Steve led them to a 45-42 (?) in laramie in front of a full house. Possibly the greatest upset ever at UW.
I know there have been others but my failing memory has shut down for the afternoon.
Poke fan since 1951!
Those are three great QB's WYONUT and I remember them very well. I would just add Josh Wallwork (95-96) to the list. Both seasons were under Joe Tiller and were winning seasons with the last going 10-2 and getting shut out of a bowl game. His completion % was .616 and he threw for 54 TDs with 28 ints. Casey Bramlet, Tom Corontzos, and Jay Stoner threw for more yards, but they played for more years. Casey Bramlet is #1 in career yards having played for 4 years and threw for 56 TDs with 48 ints and a .557 completion %. ACS has a chance to be up at the top of this list, but I think he needs another year or two to determine that.
