After watching some of his highlights.....another impressive walk-on. He had decent size already for DE and runs a 4.8....which isn't bad. But, he attacks runners and is physical.

I definitely like Bohl's walk-on program. I hope a few of these guys earn a scholarship. Obviously that would mean they are contributing but I think it also fuels the walk-on program. Guys think, "hey, he did and so can I".

We still need to hit on our scholarship players, but the large walk-on program is a good thing, IMO. I'm lazy and can't recall, how many did JG and DC have per year?

I also wonder how the walk-on numbers are compared to previous regimes. They certainly are getting more press with BOhl but I wonder if the numbers are actually higher or they are just advertising them more. I seem to remember going to scrimmages/looking at rosters before and seeing a bunch of wlakons I had never heard of. But I have no idea on the numbers. Either way its a good thing. Either we are bringing more in or we are making it appear like we are bring more in by the way they present them.

I too remember seeing the squad players and walkons and wondering who they were. What I do remember is they were always way undersized and I thought there's no way they'd play at that size

I follow Wyoming football fairly close and never remember having the number and quality of walk-ons as we are seeing this year. We have had decent walk-ons in the past (Mitch Unrein), but some of the guys on this years list are 2* guys and many have the size and/or tools to play at this level IMO.

The last DE walkon is a high school kid. I was hoping we'd get a more immediate player.

I agree jimmy. Some of these kids look great and already have good size.

Three long snappers have walked on this year.

Good luck to them all. There's nothing better than seeing a walkon go out and earn a scholarship. Builds a ton a character

There always seems to be a surprise in the fall. Last year is was Jalen Ortiz. Hopefully a DE/DT this year.

Looks like southern miss, k-state are all interested. Bowling green just offered and he might have a visit with them too

Get him sign up this weekend. He would fill a huge area of need.

These two might be coming in for a visit this weekend too. Bohl needs to snag two of the three DE's coming in this weekend.
