My point exactly.laxwyo said:How many times did they foul Washington there?

AFA will shoot us out of the gym if we play like this on Saturday.
What really surprises me though is how bad of a FT shooting team we have become. It has really hurt us in the last two road games (7-20 at FSU, and 5-9 so far tonight with two being the front end of 1 and 1's, so really 5-11 in terms of opportunity). That is totally within our control.
It sounds like an excuse, but I think this team really misses Martinez. His size and defense on the perimeter combined with this perimeter shooting (not to mention FT's) fit pretty much with what we are struggling with right now.

The difference was they made 7-15 3 pointers and Wyoming was 3-18 i think with Leonard Washington shooting 8 of them. It would be okay with me if Leonard took a couple of 3's a game but when he is pulling up 8 times that is not good. Also Gilmore has been shooting over 42% from 3 and the last 3 or 4 games he is like 2 for 20. Shooting slump.
Not to worried about it though. UNLV is by far the most talented team in the league and I don't think anyone will beat them at Vegas this year in conference so losing tonight doesn't bother me. Wyoming will have a decent chance to beat them at home.
Just need to win our next two games at home.
