We looked terribly coached. We looked unorganized. We are lucky that Bird didn't play tonight or we would have got routed. Not kidding either.
 
Pokes don't look like they wanted to be there tonight. Definitely not playing up to their potential. Shyatt needs to get this turned around before conference play.
 
Shyatt needs to do something because this team just looks bad when they have to much talent to look this bad. I feel like throwing up. Play like this and we lose at least half the MW games
Not to mention the uncalled fouls in the second half.
 
We are horrible on the road. I hope something can change or we won't win a road game all year playing like that.
 
Were just not that good of a team. Teams know if they take away Nance, we have no answer. We barely have an answer with Nance. If every game we played was in Laramie we'd be golden, but since they're not, were screwed. We have no one who can create and make a shot. Grabau is a slow and has to be wide open, Cooke is useless unless theres no one within ten feet of him, Adams doesn't seem to be checked in this season, and Hankerson is a turnover machine. Whats left to say besides we play basketball like we play football. Slow and unathletically. AND just like in football, CSU appears to be surging past us. This pisses me off.

Agree. Nance isn't himself either. Not sure what to make of this team now. We can't win on the road obviously. Probably another CBI year to be honest. We will win games at home maybe even a couple we shouldn't and then lose games on the road that we should win. Probably will end up about the same as the last couple years.
 
We really sucked tonight but geez. All is not lost. Chances are we will be 11-2 at the start of conference and there is no reason we cannot win 10+ more games. This season is far from over. The team definitely has some things they need to work on and focus on. I definitely think winter break will be a blessing and hopefully they come out angry and hungry in January.

I'm not bailing on team yet. I'll wait until conference play to judge better. Typical response from us wyonation folks. Step away from the ledge
 
Poor ball handling by Adams, Hankerson at the end and that God-Awfull jumper miss by Nance sealed their fate. Herndon played (defensively) like a freshman. I don't think Shyatt can take the blame for this one.

Sure he can. If Hank and Adams aren't producing, put in McManamen. He was producing. Put in Aka Gorski, he's our best shooter, why not see what he can do in a one possession, need a shot situation. If Herndon isn't cutting it, Cooke isn't cutting it, put in Sellers. He's played much better this year and is a senior with experience. These are all coaching. They are situational things, Xs and Os.
 
First point: Nance is clearly favoring his left knee when he is shooting. It was clear on that last jump shot that he is balancing his body over his right leg for his jump shots. Hopefully this is not an indication that the knee is bothering him.

Second point: This offense is a joke. There is no attacking, no cutting, no inside game, and no open shots. Shyatt needs to change shit quick or Wyoming is going to be lucky to be a top 4 team in the MWC. Pressure defense has killed the flow of this offense all year. Maybe the problem is the interior players have no offensive game outside of Nance.
