12/10 @Cal

didn't watch or listen, kinda forgot, but this game and score disturbs me, we had every reason to win it and get it done, damn turnovers but very frustrating to me, this is one we should have stolen...to hold a team to 45 and you can't score at least that, something's gotta give with our own shooting, smh....sorry very frustrated with this one. Sets the stage for our upcoming conference seaason, we HAVE to win both games against Montana St, but conference I sure hope we can steal a couple, but I see us going unbeaten at home but probably not a road win in conference...unless things get fixed up and change, I sure hope I'm wrong...Cmon Pokes, it's our year to shine

CSU is 9-0 for the first time ever, with a rebuilt team after NCAA appearances. This is our best team in more than a decade and we might not even be a tournament team. We didn't get it done, not that the season is over but as someone said we have few opportunities to impress. They're about to be in the top 25
for basketball and football in the same season. I'm not giving up, I'm not abandoning my team, I'm just sick of rah rah everything will be fine guys just wait a little bit longer. Shut up and win, a lot of people are doing it including our rivals to the south with limited fan support and a high school gym. Those Jack Graham hires are looking pretty good.

Well put, i'm tired of Rah rah rah too, too many years of wait til next year, it is next year and I would like to see differences that make a difference...and win a conference championship for a change, afterall waiting for year after year gets old, time to put up!!!!!

I'm not gonna hit the panic button just yet. That loss doesn't even look as bad as the SMU one for starters. It just happens that our 2 toughest tests of the year so far happened to be on the road for our first road games and we failed. We need to mop up the rest of this OOC schedule then turn all eyes onto UNLV.

The MW games will be the bread and butter. What happens if we sweep CSU? All this hype they have now won't mean shit and our RPI/rankings will blow up. Just looked at the Sagarin ratings which I tend to like. Where are we? 54th in the country 4 spots behind Cal. We are hunt for the NCAA as of right now and it'll be our conference record that makes or breaks us. Now lets take it to so many of these teams that we've hated in the past without fear

They sure are - across the board as well, not just the revenue sports. He did a lot for CSewe - he was a true visionary, and go-getter. Probably was fired by Tony Frank because Frank felt threatened and powerless toward Jack and the athletic department.

Put it this way, without Jack, CSU doesn't have Eustachy, McElwaine, or a on campus stadium (amongst other things / coaches). I don't even want to compare it to what Burman has done (not done) at UW.

Damn it. I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. I'm so desperate for this university to be good at a sport. This is a game an NCAA tournament team wins, bottom line. If we can't beat a middling PAC-12 team with this team, we never will. Maybe we should schedule more Division II teams.
stfu already about D II. You are troll is disguise.

We have played Regis and Western State, which are NCAA Division II and provided us easy wins. Thus, me saying maybe we should schedule more DII teams. I'm sorry if you're too dumb to catch that.

I'm thinkin' Nance is going too many minutes on that knee. I'm thinkin' that that is affecting his performance. I'm thinkin' that unless Shyatt eases up on him he won't finish the season. Just thinkin'.

You may be on to something. We've got three cupcakes coming up before our showdown with UNLV. Maybe they should hold him out of these next three games and get him some real rest these next two and a half weeks.

Let's be real here. Sure CSU is off to a nice start, but they beat a team last night that we beat by 20. They haven't done anything we haven't...except lose two tough road games (they haven't played anyone close to SMU or Cal on the road). They beat UNC by the same score. I will admit the Pokes have played like shit during the two road games, but we were receiving votes just last week.....CSU took our spot.

There is a lot of basketball to play and if the Pokes can regain their early season form, they will be a tough out for anyone. I think they have played too many game and haven't had enough practice time to get things straightened out.

Go Pokes!!

Or he needs the minutes to continue getting in game shape after being off of his legs for so long.

Not saying I know the answer just offering a different perspective. I'm sure the staff knows more about the situation than we do. I have a feeling that just the lighter load of games in the next few weeks will do wonders for our teams legs. We have played a lot of games in a short amount of time.
