Bsu game thread

And we are fucked for years to come with these imbeciles learning on the job and extremely overpaid for this shit show, so disappointing…. what could have been just plugging in Anderson sooner
 
I'm not really convinced that Anderson returns for this Sh@t show. I could see Waylee hit the portal after the season as well. This is the most incompetent coaching staff I've ever seen.

August 3, 2022 I texted my cousin and said “watch for this guy who just committed to UW. He’s the real deal.”

Sadly the knee injury didn’t help the process but I am glad Bohl stayed with him.
 
We have 2 stud running backs. But let's run the qb instead and get him injured. If Anderson gets injured, they know what we have left. And they run him anyway.

If you're referring to a couple of pass interference calls that weren't made, I'm kind of on the fence. The one on the Anderson pass wasn't obvious in real time. There was a possible p.i. on a Svoboda pass that I think wasn't called because the pass was uncatchable ( a common theme to most of his throws).
 
It was a well fought game by the Pokes. A few calls here and there and you never know. Anderson might have gotten us over the hump, but he’s injury prone. IF this team can stay together and the portal doesn’t swing wide open to all of the key players, there’s no reason we can’t reload and have a much better year next season. Most of us don’t have confidence in the staff, but in the end, that doesn’t matter. If the players do, and they somehow gel, that’s what matters. In a few weeks we will know exactly what kind of team and staff we have. If they all bolt to the portal, that will say it all. Knowing that there won’t be a change at head coach, unless he chooses to leave, we gotta hope for the best for the kids. I didn’t think this game was going to be close and it was so why not keep a positive mindset!

I agree. If this team stays together, and can stay healthy, they could go bowling next year. If players bolt, Sawvell will be coaching in an empty stadium.
 
The defense has been playing better sonce the second half at CSU. wonder if Sawvel has taken over much of the play calling. He is a good DC but a horrible HC.
