WYOMING @ Washington State Thread

Down 10 7 mins left? Let's give the ball back to this prolific passing offense cause I'm a bald pussy and I don't think we can get 1/2 a yard.
 
We have been stuffed in the back field the last few times we tried this tonight already. They know our go to play. I don't like it, but the name calling is unnecessary

Why is Finley out there? He has done nothing this year. He got a couple picks against a crappy team last year and he gets a pass?

Because a shit ton of people on here were pissed he wasn't starting in the previous games?

Did you watch our defense these first two games without him out there??? Finley is an experienced senior, who showed ability to make a play last year. He absolutely should be out there.

I hope there is some sort of ability to appeal. I was blown away that it wasn't overturned by a review. Is clearly hitting someone with shoulder pads now targeting?
 
I'm less angry with each game. We have at least three offensive lineman who are freshmen or sophomores and we were competitive despite it. I'm more optimistic with each game
 
Had we have made a couple catches on easily catchable balls in the first half, could've been a much different story. Also penalties hurt

Like others have said, not going for it on 4th with 8 minutes left was a big miscalculation on Bohl's part. Even with a stop on defense, you are basically conceding and guaranteeing that you will need a possession to score plus onside kick. Your probability to get a 1/2 yd on 4th down is MUCH higher than getting that onside kick later. Showed too much confidence in the defense getting a 3 and out stop, and not enough confidence in the offense and Coffman. The defense did play well to stop WSU that next series, but the math of time was against Wyo from that point on. Disappointing - Bohl is historically a good game clock manager.

That said, I do think Bohl is making many of the right adjustments to improve the team.
 
I didn't see the season opener - just listened to it.

We improved much since the last game. I figured we were going to get blown out pretty bad. This was really a 10 point game - and we had opportunities to win it. We were just to young to get it together.
