Probably because he liked our coaches and the feel of the facilities and university, and sees a chance to play and contribute.

Probably because he liked our coaches and the feel of the facilities and university, and sees a chance to play and contribute.

I think that's big, especially vs Ok State. OSU is set at QB for a few years and has a lot of young recievers, which it looks like he will be playing, so who knows if he could get much PT with them. The others I'm not sure but I'm glad we got him

I think you're right. He's not listed on ESPN as having an offer from either.

Still though, we were able to get a player that some great teams were at some point considering! If their offers were withdrawn for off-field issues I'd be concerned that we still went after him, but it's safe to say that's not the case here. I can't wait to see where he ends up on the field! Great speed, and has experience at multiple positions

Still though, we were able to get a player that some great teams were at some point considering! If their offers were withdrawn for off-field issues I'd be concerned that we still went after him, but it's safe to say that's not the case here. I can't wait to see where he ends up on the field! Agreed, it was just a couple years ago that we were wondering why we can't get guys with FBS interest. Now we are getting guys with P5, potential playoff team interest.

Could be that...or those are gray shirt offers. Either way, this is a player those schools thought were capable of playing for them. These are the types of players Wyo needs.

Probably. Until yesterday I saw an 0-6 team. Hard to get excited about the future.

I've said before I see how the foundation is getting set. I just don't think we have the players for it.
Players like this get me excited.

Does anyone know what position he will play? I feel like he has the potential to play all over.

Maybe WR? We'll be set at QB for sometime and it sounds like he doesn't have much, if any, experience on defense. Or if he puts on a good bit of muscle, maybe even TE (6'4 TEs are not unheard of).
