Just like last year this year I will broadcast all the games that are available to me on TV and those that are not I'll be more then happy to broadcast the audio for the few that are not. Wyoming has nearly 100% TV coverage this season only a few games won't be Televised so it will be a busy season for me broadcasting!

2010-2011 SCHEDULE
( Every Game but Southern Utah has TV Coverage )

09/11/10 at Texas Austin, Texas 5:00 p.m. MT
09/18/10 vs. Boise State Laramie, Wyo. 6:00 p.m. MT
09/25/10 vs. Air Force* Laramie, Wyo. 12:00 p.m. MT
10/02/10 at Toledo Toledo, Ohio 5:00 p.m. MT
10/09/10 at TCU* Fort Worth, Texas 1:30 p.m. MT
10/16/10 vs. Utah* Laramie, Wyo. 4:00 p.m. MT
10/23/10 at BYU* Provo, Utah 12:00 p.m. MT
10/30/10 vs. San Diego State* Laramie, Wyo. 12:00 p.m. MT
11/06/10 at New Mexico* Albuquerque, N.M. 4:00 p.m. MT
11/13/10 at UNLV* Las Vegas, Nev. 8:00 p.m. MT
11/20/10 vs. Colorado State* Laramie, Wyo. 12:00 p.m. MT

Now comes the tricky part, I have really taken quite a few steps to make watching the Cowboys as easy as possible. I think I'm currently at the most simplified solution with the best quality you can ask for. Now as usual I need some help I would like people to tell me which method they prefer this time around.

Method #1 TVU

Method #2 Sopcast

Method #3 Web Page Streaming

Please do a little research determine what you want to go with, Drop me a PM I'll setup a stream during the day so you can test your options. Game time is soon I want to have a smooth very smooth game options this season so no one misses anything.

I thought Sopcast worked well last year. You did an excellent job with that.. I don't know what we'd do without you. :)

Have you ever considered www.justin.tv ?? Its a great site with lots of traffic. I think I caught a few Wyoming games last year that some people from opposing teams were broadcasting. Just a thought.

I have but the streaming software for the quality is less then enjoyable but TVU man it has such a great picture. I really think it's the best way to go. I am currently testing and if you would like you can download the TVU and tune into that channel the channel guide is on the left scroll down till you see Wyoming Athletics.

My entire goal is no more " 5 can see it 3 can't posts " I want everyone to be able to enjoy the games not just half the people. I know how it was the year before last when I didn't have MTN I missed all the games and it really pissed me off but to know now we have an option definitely want to make sure people get it.

FYI no audio ATM I have to swap a buncha shit around for audio channels so for testing I'm not worried about it since I know it all works fine.

Well ANY kind of broadcasting is greatly appreciated as I am in North Dakota now and don't have access to the MTN. Would get Directv but my cable is already free, so it's kind of pointless to pay $40 bucks a month just to get the MTN. when I already have everything else. Thanks for lookin out for Wyo fans like me

Question: is all options free?

100% Free of your Wallet invasion!

Thank you.

I'll probably screw up the question but.....

I know the third option doesn't require someone to download any new software (like Adobe or whatever) to watch the videos but does either of the first two options require it?

The top option is the new software, Most people don't use it and I started using it to catch UFC PPV's recently. It seems to have the best quality and ease of use.

I voted for Option # 2 since it doesn't require new software to be added.

I have no experience with TVU or Sopcast. Thanks for doing this! I got to watch a few of the games last year on justin.tv and while it wasn't the best, it was better than nothing.
