WYO vs.NMS

Interesting to see what we do when behind the sticks... and Evans just puts his pads down and takes it out wide.

Kid has really gone all out tonight. Just blowing through defenders and hitting the gaps like a wrecking ball.

That's EXACTLY why you keep running the ball!

But no, go ahead and pass it 50 times like you guys want....

No. We just wanted slightly less predictability. If Evans doesn't break that run, we're one mistake from this being a game again despite domination.

It's not like TVW has been totally handcuffed... He's overthrown two really good deep ball opportunities and put a high hard ball over the middle that could have been easily picked.... I'm pleasantly surprised overall... Wish our passing game looked a little sharper.

Yeah, he started out sharper than he's looked since. A couple of the short passes haven't been great.

I think the big positive is that we've actually had screen passes! Allen almost never got to use those.

Look at our runningbacks falling forward after contact and not running upright!

That has been the case from the very beginning of game. Very glad to see that difference this year. Makes the entire running game look better just by falling forward each time to end a run

Kind of feel bad for NMSU, considering they had a decent season last year, only to seemingly run head first into a brick wall.

Yet, can't help but feel excited for the Pokes!

Vigen did exactly what he needed to do to win. Run the ball, control the clock, land body shots. Eventually the NMS D breaks down and things open up. With this offense, a couple of 1st downs and a deep punt is a win, and a beautiful thing. Those of you tired of Vigen dont Understand this offense. Great work by the OC tonight, taking advantage of the pokes great D effort.

I love watching this ball control offense operate. If you want WYo be part of the me too movement and throw it 50 times, good for you. I shut the TV off when I see that garbage.

To me, opening up the offense more would give the opponent greater chance to make a comeback like the sheep almost did today. Hawaii was dominating that game, but kept passing the ball. In three minutes the lead was cut in half, and in about 10 minutes the lead was cut from 30 to 10. Just bad clock management.
