Cowboys outwork Colorado State for 3-0 start in MW (WyoSports.net)

McManamen’s basket came after a mad scramble for a loose ball resulted in a tie-up. The possession arrow went to UW. McManamen, who is from Torrington and who played in his first Border War game, scored eight points off the bench, but none were bigger than that 3, which gave UW a 59-54 lead.

“The play was for (junior guard Josh Adams) to drive with the ball and make a play, and he made a great play,” McManamen said. “My (defender) helped on (Adams), and he gave me the perfect pass and I just knocked it down.”

CSU fell to 20 in RPI and 77 in KenPom's ratings
