I like the efficiency numbers presented here. Wyoming even increased their budget last year or they would have been #1. Just need to get recruits/transfers into Laramie and Wyoming stays a top-10 team.
I read this chart as "these are the schools we can poach from with only a modest increase in cost"That’s impressive. I don’t think those numbers include private NIL dollars because Iowa, Penn State and Oklahoma State spend a lot more than that if athlete payouts are considered.

I didn’t read it that way (unless you’re alluding to Wyoming being vulnerable to having its athletes poached). The only schools that I read that list indicating we can poach from purely from a financial standpoint are Air Force and Little Rock.
