Wingard, Ghaifan, and Granderson are named to the All-MW Preseason team. Wingard named preseason DPOY. Pokes picked to finish second in the Mountain Division behind Boise. Fresno State picked to win the West division.

Nothing says Wyoming football has arrived under Bohl like a G5 program losing a QB that went 7th overall and still being picked 2nd in a tough division.

Marcus Epp’s is another solid player who gets no recognition. His stats are comparable with Wingards.

He was voted to the preseason team last year and the 3 guys they picked are all really solid players, I don't think Wilson is much of a snub or is picked on by the media. The guy from Nevada is a beast, but he's moving from DE to LB so I guess I could see how some think Wilson would be more deserving.
