Here's one fans perspective. First, the covid scares are never going away. I'm guessing we will see games cancelled, fan numbers limited, and mask mandates for those allowed to go. I see the risk, but I've been vaccinated and I don't care if you are or are not.
I could not watch a college football game last year without some public service message about racial justice. I'm tired of hearing about how racist all we white people are. If that's the road were going down, ok. But I will no longer watch any major college sports on tv or in person. I gave up on pro sports a long time ago and don't miss it one bit. I can spend my money on other pursuits quite easily.
Finally, I've resisted those who call Bohl Glenn 2.0. But after last years debacles against feather weight competitors csewe and New Mexico, the writing is on the wall. We've had the most inept offense with the exception of one future all pro qb. I hope I'm proven wrong. But if we've learned nothing during the Bohl era, we are capable of losing to anyone.
