Why are public schools scared of vouchers?

Please tell us how having tampons in the boys restroom has any effect on anyone that doesn't need/want them. There are cologne/condom dispensers in every shitty bar men's restroom in the country. It's the same damn thing. Most people don't give it a second look.
Ummmm, well, hmmm, I can’t tell you. Because it doesn’t make sense. Like I said. Is it for hemorrhoids?

Since it’s your party……you make sense of it for us.

If you think he's mad now, wait until he finds out there are already condom dispensers in some women'

Bwahahahaha - do tell where you insert a tampon when you see a basket full of them in a bathroom. A condom goes in a woman - not uncommon for them to have them at all. lol

Equating condoms in womens bathroom to tampons in the men's room is one of the biggest moronic takes in the history or moronic takes. There is nothing similar about these two things and only a completely captured smooth brain would try and make this as a reasonable argument.

If you follow this mentality to its logical conclusion, we'll be arguing with them in 5-10 years about how pedophilia is not a sexuality. I believe the new VP candidate signed legislation as governor of Minnesota classifying it as a sexuality. As soon as the wind blows hard enough, these clowns will be seal clapping about how they're born that way and we shouldn't discriminate. Hell, they already defend men beating women up in sports and tampons in the men's room. It's not a jump to know this is next.

So it makes sense to you for a woman to have a need to access condoms, but there's no reason a man would ever need access to tampons? Do I really have to spell this out for you or are you that blinded by your own self-righteousness?

Hint: there's a real easy answer here without suggesting it's for a trans man, I tried to help you with the reference to condom dispensers.

We’ll let me answer it by a question. Again, since it’s your party, and you seem to agree with it. Where do you put your tampon?

I give it to my wife, sister, other female relative/ friend that needs one.

I can go with your snark too, as they are a useful tool when one has a bloody nose.

It’s not snark. It’s a valid question. The dem VP spent thousands of $$ for tampons to be put in male bathrooms. Valid question of how that makes any sense? It doesn’t actually. It’s weird, but….. Even if you go with the premise a woman who wants to be a dude, 2 out of a thousand, where do the other 998 put them? This is all so ridiculous. Defending it is too……

I don't think anyone is defending it (it doesn't need defending), I think the biggest question is... who cares, and if you do, why? Of all the things in the background of the 4 Pres/VP candidates, this has to be one of the biggest nothingburgers.

If the option to give a tampon to a woman were the reason that they were putting them in men's bathrooms then you'd be correct that its not a big deal. But thats very obviously not the reason why they're putting them there - don't be dense and obstinate. Its 100% a trans issue.

1% of the population is trans. Why in the he- - would a Governor even make this part of his daily concern? Especially finding tax dollars to fund putting women’s feminine products in boys bathrooms. So we know what is their priority is. Tampons in boys bathrooms should require NONE. 1 % of the population! No….we don’t need Kamala and TamponTim anywhere near the White House with these as their issues and priorities. Their agenda shows a total lack of judgement. There are larger problems that need be addressed in America and the World. Iran is starting to uprise. China, Russia will always try to flex their muscle. Really don’t need TamponTim dealing with this. We need them focused on record high inflation, jobs, a border policy that legally allows passage into the US, energy. Addressing record high deaths from drugs, fentanyl because of the open borders, finding the sleeper cells of terrorists who have entered the open borders Kamala and Biden created. And, the world unrest. Neither have stated a plan to address any of these. They aren’t capable of handling this.

You've got to stop reacting to every dog whistle. Imane Khelif is from Algeria, where cross dressing, sex changes, and homosexuality are illegal. She was born a woman and has female reproductive organs. A blood test determined that she has XY chromosomes, a condition known as Swyer syndrome.

A more fair question here is would be you ok with forcing women to compete in men's sports because of a blood test?
Where you at with UW canceling volleyball? I'm guessing you condemn UW for bigotry, right? How about you @WestWYOPoke ?

I thought all this was a right-wing boogeyman?

I've said in the past that I don't have the answers for trans athletes in college and beyond. The issue surrounding the Olympics that we previously discussed wasn't a trans issue, it was a woman competing against women.

As for the current issue - Personally, I think it's silly for these schools to be canceling against SJSU. There is no safety issue, there are girls in the Big Ten that hit the ball a lot harder than the person in question. But if they truly are making the decision based on safety concerns, then I see why the think they need to make that decision.

So you condemn WYO and others?

Also what's your data source for spike speeds in college volleyball? I'd be interested in looking at it.

It's stated the player hits 80 mph. Is that accurate? If it is, do big 10 players hit 100?

No true data. I've seen video of the SJSU player and I've watched several Big Ten matches this year and it's pretty obvious. Also, it's telling that several of the SJSU players didn't even know their teammate was trans. If she was performing at such levels as to be dangerous, you'd think they would have figured it out.

The transgender player that injured the high school volleyball player spiked at 76 mph. Allegedly this player spikes at 80 mph.

From what I can find, some of the fastest spike speeds recorded for women are around 70 mph. Apparently they aren't watching the b1g.

Either that or the alleged 80 mph is wrong or your observational data is wrong.

I certainly could be wrong on the spike speed as we all know personal anecdotes don't outweigh facts. But from what I can find the speed of 80 MPH is just an estimate, nothing confirmed. Some actual measured speeds would be interesting to examine.

Finally, it's also pertinent to note that the player in question is a redshirt senior. It wasn't known publicly until the last few weeks that she is transgender. In her previous 3 seasons of playing (2 at SJSU, 1 at Coastal Carolina), She had solid stats, but never was good enough to be an All-Conference player. Also, the last 4 seasons there were never any safety concerns from other schools. Only now that she is outed are there suddenly schools canceling matches.

If the 80 mph is frequent and real, it would exceed records and could be hazardous if hitting player in wrong place. 80 is really fast so not sure if it's true.

The second paragraph I mostly agree with. However, it's possible strength continued to grow at a faster rate and to a greater maximum than other players. The physical gap may have widened. A freshman male football player is often physically different than a 5th year senior. If the spike speed is indeed 80, I would guess this to be the case.

They need to get a true estimate of these things driven by hard data to determine or characterize any advantage (or lack thereof). If it truly is 80 mph, that's a female record and I have a hard time believing chromosomes aren't influencing it.

It is quite possible she got stronger with time, hard to say, but certainly a possibility.

I agree with your last paragraph. Right now, these issues are very emotionally driven (by both sides). If you could find data that shows real safety issues (or the lack thereof), that might make things a little more cut and dry.
