Where do you want Josh Adams to land in the NBA?

Plain and simple, where and why?

I'm hoping he lands in Milwaukee. He's not a true point, but he's too short to be a shooting guard. He would fit perfectly next to Giannis Antetokounmpo as he would be able to play shooting guard on offense and guard point guards on the other end. I think he could be a starter by the end of his first year there assuming he can knock down the open 3.

Other players I think he would fit well next to would be Lebron and James Harden.

There are a lot of great players entering the draft this year. Lets just hope Josh lands on his feet. Beware too much hype. Remember a guy named Brett?

What hype are you talking about. I'm not going to sit here and guarantee Josh gets drafted. But please do not ever compare Josh to Brett Smith ever again. Brett was awesome but not even close to the talent Mr Adams is. Josh will actually make it to his professions combine and make even more noise once he starts doing individual team workouts. You are comparing the MWC MVP and a former tourney MVP to what. A 2011 New Mexico bowl appearance QB. People forget that ACS was our last bowl winning QB. Anyway you put josh around NBA talent the sky is the limit for that kid. But I hope he ends up on the Jazz only because I am currently SlC and would buy Jazz season tics in a heartbeat if he was playing here.

My dream is for Larry and Josh to play together. And ya never know, la could trade Larry this season. More than likely Josh will be somewhere else and become my new favorite team

I like the Bucks as a fit. And the Nugs, jazz ideas for obvious reason. Houston for the same reason for me.

I love the NBA draft and follow it pretty closely. This year has a good draft at sg, SF, and pf. Point guard is super weak. I hope a team believes that Adams can be/become a pg. I thought it would be better for wyomings team of they'd have played Adams at point. For his development as a pg and to showcase him to NBA teams as a pg they absolutely did Adams wrong. To play on a 15-20whatever they were team and not help his future was a question mark to me.

This years pg's in the NBA draft include
Dunn 6-4 providence: consensus #1 pg. will be taken top 3-8

Adams is the next best but not general consensus. He isn't even considered in the next group by the "internet experts"

Wade Baldwin 6-3 Vanderbilt. He's supposed to be a 10-20 pick. He has a 6-9 wingspan so losers on the Internet think that means he's a star. I don't see it really, he might be a good backup, heck maybe he is an NBA starter. I just can't see it

Demetrius Jackson 6-1 Norte dame. He's supposed to be a 10-20 pick. I see why some like wade Baldwin but this guy has no business being drafted if you're trying to draft a guy that can become an impact player- he's a 3rd pg.

Melo Trimble played maryland so he must be better than a Wyoming guy right? Let's hope and you know that not all decision makers think that way.

Long story short. This years pg class is super weak. I hope Adams gets the exposure he needs. Because I could see him getting picked in the first round with this lack of pg's. I could still see him go undrafted.

Someone bringing up Brett smith in talking about Adams. That's that persons fault. Anyone who saw Brett smith as an NFL qb that's on you. This is a different conversation. This is one the few elite athletes UW has had in a long while

Yes. Without a doubt. Taking the ball out of Adams hand to reward Lieberman and trey Washington for....? Was wrong. It hurt more than Adams NBA chances it hurt this years Wyoming basketball team. If you believe that Wyoming had a better option at pg than Adams that's your right to think whatever you want. You'd be wrong though.

Yes really

i'd like and being serious, Denver, give back to his home state and the front rangers that would love to see that as well, Utah Jazz is another, so can watch easier on Root Sports, but yes it'd be way cool to see him and Larry tear it up at Staples, time will tell, I sure hope the dream is granted upcoming

Utah or Denver would be alright by me just so I could regularly watch the games. Sure am gonna miss that guy, but he will do well at the next level.
