Week 0 MWC Games

5 TOs for Oregon st definitely didn't help. How many of those gave CSU the short field? Looks like Rams D gave up plenty of yards

Yeah, I don't think you can draw any real conclusions from this game, but it's probably a mistake to already make the claim that Rams suck. Their O-Line looked pretty solid, and while their defense gave up chunks of yards, the turnovers they forced weren't exactly lucky. They got the pressure necessary and took advantage.

Most of all, though... when they had worn Oregon State down, they didn't let up at all. I'd love for us to have that kind of killer instinct. Doesn't matter that they used their 4th RB, they made sure he was as successful as the top 2.

Nick Stevens looked good with all day to throw the ball. Oregon States defense generates no pressure AND doesn't have anyone that can cover. They we're god awful defensively.

OSU's qb didn't help either. He gifted them momentum and field position the entire game. They kept CSU on the field, and gave up time of possession.

Impressive performance by CSU's offense, but that is an awful OSU team.

The actual crowd was no where near a sell-out either. CSU just lied about that. It's good to see they never change.

Either way, that's a good win for CSU and the MWC. It opens up the chance for other MWC teams to step to the plate and show that the top half of the MWC is no joke this year.

I zoned out in the second half but one put the ball at the 10 and I think one was a pick-6.

Sheep ended up with a lot of short field situations. Oregon State is not a good team. They have a few pretty good pieces but wow they do not look like a P5 program in any way, shape or form.

San Jose State up 3-0 early against #19 USF. Again, neither team looks sharp right now. I don't see SJSU staying up on this one.

Man, SJSU in full meltdown mode. 100 ppl in stands, really sad. MC Hammer on the sidelines, who cares? Nobody.
