Week 0 MWC Games

Sheep defense is not looking good at this point. Stephens has taken a couple pretty big hits too. It is the first game, but neither team looks sharp.

Aren't they calling that 41,000, when seating capacity is 36,000? The other 5000, plus those empty seats must be in line to get beer... ;)

To be fair, at end of first quarter that section was pretty much (but not completely) full.

Where exactly do the 5000 SRO people stand? 5000 people in the end zone, in line at a dispensary, or at home trying to convince their girlfriends to shave their pits?

I'm a bit confused? Where the hell is the SRO section?

Hmm... I don't think there was enough of a bobble for that to not be a TD, but whatever. Terrible defense by CSU at the end there. :D

All told, the attendance figure for the Oregon State opener will be 36,500 as Colorado State opted not to push for standing-room only tickets, which would reach the max occupancy of the stadium of 41,000.

CSU fans must be dreading the MWC schedule. Their rush defense looks terribad with SDSU, Wyoming, Boise, AFA, and UNM on the schedule.

It's still early, but that rush defense looks beatable.

I'll bet our running backs are looking forward to the game in Laramie this year.

This game sure ended different than I thought. Did beavs just lay down? Or did Gallup and Stevens end up eating them up?

Rams' offense just wore them down, and their defense had a few key takeaways... and then a lot more takeaways.

Even though the Rams' defense doesn't look impressive, they sure look like they know how to take advantage when they know there's a pass coming.
