I'll tell you what - I watched the TCU @ texas tech game after we lost today. TCU is just a monster - that defense Garry Patterson has is brutal (although today, it didn't look that way). I'm not sure when he converted to the spread offense, but if we could do something anywhere close to what he has put together, we'd win alot more than we lose.
Strong defense. Potent offense.
Christensen seemed way to focused on offense and just decided to win shootouts. I'm thinking Bohl is a bit more balanced.
But hell, I love to see alot of scoring - and alot of stopping.

Lol ASU absolutely shooting themselves in the foot. Was 21-0 with 4 mins left. ASU at the USC 1 yard line fumbles and USC returns it 97 yards for a TD. Following kick off ASU brings it out of the end zone late and fumbles at the 5 USC up 35-0.
At least when we lose its not from completely bone headed fumbles.

Oh right now, I think we lose because we are pretty young. I think this coaching staff is trying to develop players. They could bring in some JC's pretty easily. The guys that are here don't fit their system. The guys they are bringing in are redshirted. Its wonky.
I really hope that this coaching staff is in it for the long run. I really hope that we start winning pretty quickly. This year may not be the year. Our fans deserve to win more than we lose.

Watching utah completely rip apart Oregon once again solidifies my opinion that a stud D can help compensate for a mediocre O. Utah's offense isn't THAT good as shown tonight. Their defense allowed the offense to be super aggressive and call plays as such.
The pokes have to get some defensive playmakers. Utah State is similar, but to much smaller scale as Utah. The USU defense will keep them competitive in most games. Something, we don't have a luxury of right now.
I appreciate the Pokes still competing. Seeing Uso apologize to the state of Wyoming tonight on Twitter was humbling. Poor kids. Just positioned to deal with losses.
