wonder why it moved from a night game to afternoon?? more casino time needed?? is an ok stadium just so far removed from everything!

I just hope we win. Be it by 1 point or 100, I just want us to beat UNLV. That said, if nothing else, if we do lose, at least make it respectable and NOT like it was in 2010.

There is ALWAYS a line on UNLV, they don't want a bunch of money coming in on one end so they are waiting to see the injury report on Sherry before putting there line out

QB Sherry ?

They have a wine for a QB? Next you'll be telling me that Jim Beam and Jack Daniels are running backs.
CSU did have Johnny Walker playing receiver for them for a while.

If Sherry is out for the game then I bet we stop the run this game.
Since we're a D that can only focus on one or the other, I bet we load the box and go after Cornett and Randle and give up quite a few passes by the back up. It kind of reminds me of Nevada. Our D focused solely on Jefferson and we stopped the run, but we couldn't stop the pass for nothing. Same thing with Fresno. We held Rouse to 90 yards and no scores, but we couldn't stop their passing. BSU we focused on stopping the pass and they RAN all over us.
We will play to their weakness. We will stop Cornet and Randle, but We will give up some big passes in doing so, even a few scores.

Wyoming wins! 34-21.

It's illegal to take bets on sporting events in Vegas that are happening in Vegas. Not sure of the exact jurisdiction, but typically you'd need to bet in Reno or some other town on a UNLV home game. Therefore, Vegas odds makers probably aren't going to have a line on the game.

This game depends on our opponents coach. New Mexico's OC simply overestimated the intelligence of our DC. Colorado state showed that with decent play calling, the only thing that stops a UW opponent is that opponent making stupid mistakes. I'm thinking UNLV will be another team that will help our defense.

The line is UW -1, 53.5 O/U, and ML -115. Lived in vegas for a long time and they always have UNLV football and basketball lines. I usually bet WYO against UNLV since the lines are slightly skewed towards UNLV because of Vegas.

383 WYO
384 UNLV

Action at Stations, Hilton, Strastosphere among others. Southpoint will probably have a line today as well.

All true twenty years ago. You can bet this game and just about any football, basketball, baseball, or hockey game taking place in LV at any LV sportsbook.

I really like our chances with Herring at QB. I hate to see injuries to QBs (as we obviously had to deal with the loss of Brett Smith). However, I actually think Kirkegaard actually throws a better ball than Herring. Herring will get some yards on the ground, no doubt...but I expect 2 picks at least.
