Herron just about had a TD there, I have more faith then most of you guys we were down to Nebraska I'm not willing to give up yet.

The problem is, they will hold the ball the rest of the game. Too late.... :(
 
DC needs to pull a Whittingham here and onside kick.

Our playcalling has been suspect to say the least.

I think the real turning point was just before the half when the Pokes had the ball back with about 2:30 left in the half and a 14-7 lead. Couldn't get a first down, had a bad punt and a defensive breakdown and all of a sudden it was tied.

If the offense could have converted there (even a FG) it would have been a completely different game forcing TSU to throw more, etc. Instead it played right into our weakness (stopping the run).

Of course, none of this would matter if our defense would sack up and make a tackle, but I don't see that happening.
