I was told I was a bad fan for saying USU was a more complete team. I didn't even really comment on this game.

Our defense is awful and has been awful. Nothing new there. Special teams also playing poorly, but again, nothing new.

The better question is? What is going on with the offense.

I think the delay clearly messed with Brett (10/13 before the delay, 1/9 since I believe. Also, with Rufran out, our supposed depth at WR has been exposed. Darden clearly screwed up on that last 3rd down play and Brett was pretty hot about it. I don't think he trusts anybody beyond Herron, Rufran, Gentry, and Claiborne.

Of course, all of that would be more relevant if we gave a shit, but the team has given up.

there've been multiple drops as well included in those 8 incompletions since the break.

Yeah. Really exposing the fact that we have several WR's that look good on the practice field, but only a couple that really work the routes, position, etc. and Rufran is the best.

No wonder Smith doesn't trust the o-line, the o-line is getting shoved aorund like little girls every time we try and run the ball.

From what I have seen, seems like Texas State D is better than Neb D.

I love the faith, but against Neb looks like we were at least trying. This is sad, really. Our D looks like they dont want to even be playing. Our O is getting pushed around. I am impressed how fast TSU D is. Smith isnt running away from guys like previous games.
