Yikes. I've been take him or leave him on Bohl, but if he has another huge exodus, then there is probably some soul searching that needs to go on.

Will be interesting to see WYO's exodus compared with the rest of the conference.

I know USU has lost some starters and quite a few others. Not sure on anyone else, but I'll speculate.

CSU already lost like half their team over the past 4 months.
No one wants NM's players, probably. Same with Nevada
AF is probably fairly immune to this stuff
SDSU, Fresno and Boise can probably expect minimal transfers.
No clue on UNLV, Hawaii or San Jose.

Measuring our exodus vs the conference will be important. Some may just be the new era, which sucks.

Yes re usu. They used the portal well, but they seem to have become a minor league team to BYU. It will be interesting to see the final results of our conference peers.

Saw this. With him and Marcotte retiring, and the actual transfers - really sux.

Hope Bohl uses the portal to reload.

CJ Coldon foregoes his last year at OU to enter NFL draft. I’ll be interested to see where he goes. His announcement was positive toward Wyoming and commented on how Wyoming took in a ‘young black man’ and treated him like family.

With the portal Wyoming and most of the rest of the conference have basically become the equivalent of minor league baseball for the Power 5 conferences. The Mountain West is now AA or AAA baseball.

If his goal was to get to the NFL he could surely do that at Wyoming. If he loves UW that much then stay. To Bohls credit he has put a lot of players in the NFL. Was it worth one year of NIL at OU and to also have to compete for a starting job? How much did he make?

He had a good year at OU and probably improved his draft stock. Probably worth the NIL for him.

It’s a new landscape. As stated earlier, we are basically AAA.
