That is exactly the problem. Wouldn't be if they were in the rankings consistently. Look at what happened to CSU. They thought that they were so damn good. Somewhat similar thing with SDSU. But not only that, Pokes have a target on their back - everybody will be playing them extra hard (like AFA did second half against CSU)seattlecowboy said:

You are absolutely right. It was coaches. I don't know why I was thinking AP. The Pokes hovered just outside the AP Top 25 for weeks, but couldn't get in. Regardless, it has only been two years since the Pokes have hit a Top 25 poll -- not 27 years.elfletcho said:
