My guess is BiG10 or whatever number they end up with v. SEC. geography is simply not as much of a factor as it used to be.LanderPoke said:Wonder what will happen to the Rose Bowl

I know everyone is counting on buyouts for stability. Maybe the buyouts will prevent movement. However, I personally don't think we're out of the woods yet and I think suds and csu would do anything in their power to separate from the mwc even if it doesn't make financial sense. I have no idea on af.

If they stay in an MWC that does not have access to the larger media money...that is the worst case scenario for them.

What does "pot-committed" mean? I am not familiar with that terminology.

Unless the PAC 2, 4, whatever they are, pays for the buyouts, I don’t see this happening.

That’s complete made up bullsh##. That makes no sense for MWC schools to pay exit fees and drastically increase travel costs to play Alabama-Birmingham, Charlotte, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Temple and Rice.

I think this guy is notoriously always wrong. A lie

I like the idea of adding Oregon State and Washington State to the MWC. Not fond of the idea of additional expansion beyond those 2.ragtimejoe1 said:LanderPoke said:Seems like Washington state is resigned to the fact they are MWC bound. Oregon state is still in the throes of delusion
I'm surprised they can't see that they are merely the first casualty. More from the p5 (now p4) ranks will be joining them. There is no avenue back to the highest level of football for them and soon to be others.
