I did not accuse anyone of embezzlement. I said he spent money that was not budgeted.

Which is illegal and impossible as all of his expenses have to be approved by the BOT and within the budget per state law.

All I can tell you is in the last four months money that was not in the budget approved by the legislature was spent. Whether got approval or not, I cannot tell you.

I thought the hire was a strange one but I wasn't privy to what the determing factors were and figured whoever made the decision had sound reason. Youve done nothing but rant about him on the gowyogo board for the past two months. Every post had some sort of dig on the president. I take offense when the administrators in old main bow down to pressure instead of doing whats best for th university.
