I have a more positive outlook. I think we'll lose Naz and possibly Gores, but I also think there's a good chance they stick around. Sunny is building a culture, and the players are buying in. I'll guess that along with the 3 seniors we will lose 3 other players. My guess of who goes (in order of likelihood) is:

1. Naz Meyer
2. Gavin Gores
3. Abou Magassa
4. Jared Harris
5. Khaden Bennett

I'd be surprised if we lose anyone that isn't on that list or graduating

even if he retains them because of "culture", they'll only be here 2 years and that will be because he convinced them they payday will be bigger after a 2nd year.

Not sure I see what you're seeing. I don't see any culture and based on the number of blowouts, I'm really dubious that players are buying in. We are 10th in a 12 team league. The only teams were in front of are winless Air Force and a 1 win SJS team(whose one win was AF). I wish I had enough optimism to attend the MW tournament this year. But this will be 4 years in a row that I won't go. I think its been 5 years since we've advanced to the QF round. Frankly, I don't see it happening this year unless we can somehow pass the sheep and Fresno in the standings. If the tournament were to start now, we'd have to play UNLV. Not insurmountable, but a pretty tough task on their home court.

100% agree culture is important, but in today's world, money is more important to the athletes. We will probably lose our top 3-4 guys.
