I do like Naughton getting these minutes. He's gonna be a hell of a player for UW I think. One of the positives here. Lieberman has come alive lately as well and switched my doubts off.
 
Let's not sugar coat this though. The worst team in the MWC is coming in on Adams senior night and taking the game to us. :thefan: :thefan: :thefan: :poke: :poke: :poke: :poke: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

He has the potential to be an all MWC 1st team player by the time he's a senior if he works hard. Still very raw but if he can have a breakthrough season next year or as a jr we'll be in business down low.

His physicality with the ball handling and shooting of someone like hunter thompson on the other block... I like!
 
Really really wish Shy would've played Naughton more then he did this season. Biggest regret fo sho. Lieberman's minutes seem to be more justified as of late.
 
Really like that we are returning so many players next year - losing Josh will hurt, but I believe we have a lot of younger guys that will step up. Off to Vegas, Go Pokes!
 
Glad we got the win. Naughton needs to work on his free throws but he was the player of the game for me tonight. Way to go Naughton at least you played like a man down low and not like a scared baby.
 
Herndon looks absolutely lost most of the game, timid, with that "deer in the headlight" look. He might have the physical skills to play at this level, but the kid flat out does not have the mental toughness required to compete night in and night out. Nice kid, but just no killer instinct in him.
 
really like i thought, Naughton is gonna be a force to be reckoned with, saw signs early but last night was truly fun seeing a big man down lown bringing his lunch pail to work and he looked like he was truly having lots of fun, as for Josh it was a quiet 28 but man am I gonna miss him, boy those Spartans sure were pesky. Herndon, man i hope this kid becomes a factor next year, no matter what that is. The crowd was very tentative but got loud when needed. Let's go on a tourney run, what say you/us

No. defense is 1/2 the game. He's semi-adequate on offense right now, I'll give him that.
