Ricky Town???

I read a completely unsubstantiated and not credible rumor of a Ricky Town transfer to Wyoming. Anyone hearing anything remotely close to this?

A 4-star QB recruit that can transfer and redshirt this year with 4 years to play.

Looks like a list of suitors such as Alabama and Florida. He ain't coming to UW. This is laughable.

Only way I could see someone like that coming to UW is because they didn't like city life and grew up in a small town. Ricky lived in Cali so I highly doubt he would want to live in a city the size of a suburb.

He didn't flame out, He enrolled @ USC earlier than all other QB's but USC had 2 different 4 star QB's and he is basically 3rd string now and possibly 4th. He wants to play and not sit and even if he takes an RS year he will still only see the field in garbage minutes or injury.

Exactly. It surprises me this doesn't happen more often. Big fish want to stay big fish and will take their talents to other ponds.

I'm aware of that, but he still flamed out fast. Couldn't make it through fall camp of his true freshman season. USC is always stacked at QB, if he only figured that out now...

I'm guessing Sam Darnold must have been progressing better than him.

That is the part I'm saying he didn't flame out on, He has been there since January. I'm guessing he has known for a while he was going to transfer so he never even put in any effort in. You don't just abruptly decide to transfer it's probably been something he has been working on with family and where he wants to go.
