We really want the following teams to lose (Big 10, Big 12 and ESPECIALLY Pac 12)
- Central Florida (opens up Big 5 Spot)
- Michigan (possibly opens up spot for Wazzu to go to playoff)
- Colorado (5-win Pac 12)
- Arizona (5-win Pac 12)
- Florida State (one less power 5 6-win team)
- Virginia Tech (one less power 5 6-win team)
- Kansas State (5-win Big 12)
- Minnesota (5-win Big 10)
- Maryland (5-win Big 10)
- USC (5-win Pac 12)
- TCU (5-win Big 12)
- Wake Forest (one less power 5 6-win team)

Group of 5 Teams that should lose:
- Akron at Ohio

It would be great if they lost, but it's unlikely, because they're heavily favored:
- Southern Miss at UTEP
- SMU at Tulsa
- FAU vs. Charlotte
- Coastal Carolina at South Alabama
- Tulane vs. Navy


We really want to win:
- Bama (we don't want 2 SEC teams in the playoff)
- Wazzu (We want them to make the playoff)
- Wyoming (obviously)
- Utah State to win out, in case Central Florida loses

Tagging on to what EvilPoke said, here is a quick breakdown of where each conference is going into today and tomorrow's games:

AAC: 7 bowl spots - 6 teams in, 2 teams still alive
ACC: 10 bowl spots - 9 in, 3 alive
Big XII: 7 spots - 6 in, 2 alive
Big Ten: 10 spots - 8 in, 2 alive
Conference USA: 7 spots - 6 in, 2 alive
Independents: 3 eligible, 1 alive
MAC: 4 spots - 7 in, 1 alive
MWC: 5 spots - 6 in, 1 (WYO) alive
Pac-12: 7 spots - 7 in, 3 alive
SEC: 10 spots - 11 in, 0 alive
Sun Belt: 5 spots - 6 in, 1 alive

In summary, that's 75 teams that are (or are guaranteed after 5-6 vs. 5-6 games) bowl eligible, another 18 that are still alive.

Both Akron and Coastal Carolina we’re defeated today 👍

UCF QB went down with a serious leg injury today... so there's a good chance Memphis wins the AAC and a MWC team makes a NY6 bowl. Gives us a better chance of landing in a conference tie-in bowl if that happens, I think.

Ole Miss was never in the running for a bowl invite. Self probation for shit the last HC (Freeze) did.
