Pokes vs Lobos

We're going to lose to this shitty team and we should've won by 30. The season is mercifully almost over.

Colby still can't put 4 full quarters together. All out blitzes that are picked up and he can't make a play

A fitting end to the 2014 season. The Pokes are just not quite there. Looking forward to 2015. Go Pokes!~

Is Colby done now? Or will he be back next season?

Done, Next season we will most likely be under Cameron Coffman that transferred from Indiana after leading the B12 in passing and losing his starting job.

4-8. About what I expected. At least a star emerged this year in Brian Hill. Defense may have a rough 2015 season though.

Indiana is in the Big Ten, not the Big 12.

Whose bright idea was it to kick the ball to Wiggins? Not impressed with some of the staffs calls this season. That one was a game killer.

Bohl has a lot of work to do this off season. I've never witnessed more players at a D1 level that truly do not give a shit. The lack of effort and/or concentration by some players just blows my mind. Defensively #29 &#23 are totally lost and gave up long tds because of lack of effort. The kick off team showed no effort at all on that 97 yard return. I saw at least 4 of our players get pancaked. While this season started off well, it finished off terribly. Most of that can be contributed to injuries, still the next up guys were not impressive. We need more athletic players who actually care and less of the losing is ok attitude. If our players make less mental mistakes we are 7-5. Those mistakes were all made at super critical times. That goes for th play calling as well. Trick plays don't work when you have a mistake prone team. Let's get these guys back in the weight room and start all over. Hopefully our Oline and Qb are much better next year. Defensively we will still be a young group, but hopefully they actually want to make plays. With the easier schedule next year I fully expect a bowl game.

Not sure what we got with Bohl. I fear another Glenn situation. I know that it was the right decision to move on from DC, but damn this is surely a bowl team with Brett Smith. Time of possession means nothing, and the pro style doesn't work Laramie ( as of today). I know we are switching systems but there have been coaches who have found success during that first year. Hell, DC, fairchild, and hoke found success in that first year transition. Why hasn't Bohl? Is it easier to run the spread to find succes? Calhoun found a way to make winner with shitty talent, can Bohl?

These are honest questions. We all bitch about accepting mediocrity, but the last few years have been worse than that including our supposed saviors.

All the bitching and doom and gloom, we were one (1) false start away from winning and ending on a high note. First and goal from the five and we pound hill 4 plays in a row and win.

This will be a process. Bohl is working with a group of players that, for the most part, are not bjs recruits and do not fit his system. If we're still seeing this level or crap and quit after ear three, we can gather our pitchforks and form a mob and head to his house, but until then, let him work
