Pokes v. Lobo's (W-Y-O)

I'm sorry, but I just don't see any way that Wyoming goes on the road, and beats a team during it's homecoming football game. If we can't play with crappy teams like Bowling Green (AT HOME), then how are we supposed to do well on the road against a conference opponent. While I will be cheering them on, I just don't see a W coming this game.

i don't think bowling green is crappy, they will end up with a nice conf championship and record. but you are right those are the types of games we are supposed to win. I think NM is down and that is why we prevail.
 
Ok. I am here to eat crow. I still am not sure if it is the QB's or Cole. We got our *ss handed to us tonight. What a shame. We will be lucky to win one more game this year. And by lucky, I mean that we wont win another game this year. WTF is the problem with the Cole? Where is this new and exciting offense? I actually find the offensive performance tonight rather...........offensive. Wow, what a crappy game. Well, from here on out it only gets worse. We have the great savior for basketball to look forward to. Just so no one is suprised when basketball season starts, Shroyer is a fake and will finish off the kill for basketball season. Especially with that super sexy non-conference schedule that he put together. What a great hire Burman made there. If that is the bench mark for coaches then his next hire to replace Glenn will set us back 10 years.

Ok, enough venting. For all who wish to rub rock salt in an open wound, leave your "I told ya so" message and I promise to read them.
 
We just downright suck.. it may be that our qbs are not great.. but it is a OC problem. If you are throwing 5 yard TE routes and non creative WR screens just are never going to make big plays.

We need to throw it downfield.

I am here to join you. Unreal. Worst football team since, well, maybe the Shurmer days? Bill Lewis days? At least Vic did compete! UW has not competed this year (even if we have 2 wins, it is a complete FLUKE)! Think about the last 3 games, we got outscored something like 113 to fricken A 3!

I am ashamed, to be a UW football fan. And that takes an AWFUL lot to say!
 
The reason we have 2 wins is because we managed to get 2 teams on our schedule that are worse than us. A 1-5 Ohio team that scratched out it's only win against a football powerhouse called the Virginia Military Institute. Then there is the FCS NDSU Bison that have credits to their win total including Central Connecticut State, Austin Peay, and North Valley Community Center for the Elderly. Maybe someone will have to forfeit to us later this year, I see that as the only possibility of getting another W.
