September 9 at 10 am in San Jose has been set for the MWC motion to dismiss the poaching fee lawsuit.I thought I read that Sept 5th was a significant date for the lawsuit. Is that correct?

Thank you sir!!September 9 at 10 am in San Jose has been set for the MWC motion to dismiss the poaching fee lawsuit.
They will need a lot of revenue to pay their fees to the MWC along with their lawyers. This doesn't say how much the CW deal was worth, but i'm doubting the MWC will have more than one television contract -- Pac12 now has 2 and working on a 3rd. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6577988/2025/08/27/pac-12-football-tv-deal-cw/
Not enough revenue generated if they throw them out.Motions to Dismiss are hard to win! Even if the MWC has an overwhelming case, the courts don't like throwing a case out at an early point! Generally speaking!!
