There are plenty of situational 2 QB systems used (most common right now is with the Saints). That said, I think it is appropriate this year, as there was no QB competition, and the guys that back up Evan should get a few series to show what they have, instead of more 3 and outs or turnovers. I would have had Anderson in to start the second half at ASU personally.I'd like to know when a 2 qb system has ever worked. Because I can't think of any.
