I was thinking same. "laxwyo's squish mitten" has a nice ring to it. Now I just need a bet!
 
I'm not going to be the one losing a bet and paying up again! I just thought I'd give her a chance to have her own avi for a while!
 
Ok, this is driving me nuts. Definitions:

Audio Video Interleaved (also Audio Video Interleave), known by its initials AVI, is a multimedia container format introduced by Microsoft in November 1992 as part of its Video for Windows technology.

In computing, an avatar is the graphical representation of the user.

Yep. AVI is a video codec. I don't know why, but you & lax calling avatars avi's is driving me nuts!

Avie: Abbreviation for 'avatar'. Also spelled Avi, AV.

You are thinking of AVI since its all capitalized is an acronym. We are using avi which is not an acronym.

AVI is also automated vehicle identification. Weird how things can have multiple usages in the English language. That's why the context that they are used gives away their meaning. Ex. bass and bass. Never seen anyone play a fish in a band.
