If you were a "nationally acclaimed" orthopedic surgeon, would you live in Laramie?
What a fucking shame this is. Just a low-down, rotten shame.
Myself included, I keep hearing more and more bad things about the surgeons there. Not without reason. 1 or 2 are good it seems, but the rest, not so much.whyoh said:so what's the issue with gem city/premier?
i've personally known a few people that have gone there (including my mother in law and my ol man) and i've never heard any complaints
sorry if i'm kicking the wasp nest

fromolwyoming said:Well, my answer is about the same as Oredigger's. I'm not a fan of big city life. Never have been. And small towns like Pine Bluffs and what not are nice and quiet, but you usually have to go outside of town if you need something like groceries. Laramie is about the right size for me. Plus, I hate humidity. Laramie is nice and dry (for the most part).
We have a grocery store!fromolwyoming said:And small towns like Pine Bluffs and what not are nice and quiet, but you usually have to go outside of town if you need something like groceries.
A gas station is not a grocery store.WYO1016 said:We have a grocery store!fromolwyoming said:And small towns like Pine Bluffs and what not are nice and quiet, but you usually have to go outside of town if you need something like groceries.

Bowling alley is pretty solid. The owner upgrades it every winter. There's a tournament every January that a lot of Cheyenne teams come down to.stymeman said:WYO1016 said:We have a grocery store!fromolwyoming said:And small towns like Pine Bluffs and what not are nice and quiet, but you usually have to go outside of town if you need something like groceries.
