Mingles is also a decent spot to watch the evening games. It's east of the stadium next to Albertsons on Grand. Good atmosphere there.

Mingles used to have a beer pong table a buddy of mine from HS made.. I remember playing on it last time it was in Laramie. Still there?

Last I checked it was. I remember when I was in college it was in somebody's garage. I've got a signature on there somewhere. Awesome table!

Yeah, this dude from Worland made it and put it Mingles. We played on it at my buddy's bachelor party a few years ago. Great table, bucking horse right in the middle.

Also a golf course about 3 blocks NE of the stadium.

I heard it was rented out for the day on Friday for $15,000, only Texas fans will be playing that day. Just a rumor I heard from a friend at the Weber St game.

looks like we have plenty of options......next question.......is there any type of transport from stadium area to downtown area?

there isnt a metro in laramie, at least that i know of! but the stadium is lined up with 20th st, and downtown is like 3rd st. and the blocks are pretty short i think. if you look at it on google maps, its really not that bad of a walk.

There should be some taxis around too. I cant imagine a cab fare across Laramie would be too expensive..
