Two factors I think are over-looked are the penalties and Austin Conway's ability. I'm dropping a note here, because I think both of them might win/lose us this game.
We can't afford to have stupid penalties. I know we hate these guys, but 15 yard penalties for stupid shit will lose us this game. We have to keep our heads against AFA.
This game has Austin Conway punt return for touchdown written all over it. Their punter can blast the ball. Austin Conway is a Colorado stud. If AFA outkicks the coverage at altitude with the wind, Austin is going to take it to the house. I'm hoping the AFA staff is brave enough to punt to Conway.
Again, this comes back to penalties. Our blockers have to keep their helmets in front of the tacklers and keep their handful of jerseys against their bodies. You can grab handfuls of jersey, just don't do it with your arms extended. That's when you get caught. It would kill me to see another Conway return erased from the scoreboard because of a dumb ass penalty.
